General Help
First steps when problems arise
1. First, check that the device is connected correctly and that the power supply is active. If you have a network device, for example, check that the network cable is connected. To do this, follow the instructions provided.
2. Then check that you have the latest software or driver versions installed. You can always find the latest versions in our download area You can also download the latest instructions for your device there.
